We purchased plantation shutters for 4 large windows around 5 months ago. We've experienced issues with the company from the install. Communication was poor and workmanship could have been better.
A wall was damaged during the install and had to be repaired. After a few weeks we discovered one of the closing mechanisms on one of the shutters is not working correctly. After many phone calls (and apparently no one working for extended periods of time) we finally got someone out to look at the problem and they confirmed the section is damaged. This was over a month ago. We are still waiting. No solution given.
We spent almost $5000 with this company and wish we had chosen another company. Easy fix - order a new section of shutter for that section. This could have been resolved with much better communication and professionalism months ago.
