The most inconsiderate, disrespectful service I have received from a blinds and/or curtains production and installation EVER!
I was promised delivery in 4 to 6 weeks and it is now 12.They came briefly to unsatisfactorily instal some easy blnds in a crazy rush and disappear leaving me begging for a product I have paid in FULL.
UNRELIABLE SERVICE, INCORRECT SERVICE, LACK OF COMMUNICATION OR RESPECT. I AM TAKING THE MATTER TO THE OMBUDSMAN UNLESS I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF MY PAYMENT.
I no longer want their services as I have compromised three times and I am totally disrespected as "they have other customers" waiting due to their Sale!!!
