Because zero stars wasn’t an option. No concept of customer service. Don’t be tempted because of the cheap prices - you get what you pay for. A year waited to replace a faulty blind and still waiting on a replacement faulty remote control. You’ll ring the office 10 times before you might get some action; if you’re lucky. The technicians are very young and inexperienced and drill holes to demonstrate the lack of skill. I could go on and on but I think you get the point... I never cease to be amazed at the trainwreck that is “All About Blinds”...
An excellent experience from initial call, measure and quote and to installation. Our new home was fitted out with roller blinds and we were more than happy with the end result. It was refreshing to deal with a professional team who know and understood their product. As a return customer, I am currently in the process of ordering our Zip Screen blinds for our alfresco area and once again was given prompt service and great advice.
