Following my inflatable tender blowing up and doing some researching online I found a youtube video of the Cat tender they have for sale.
I was extremely impressed thinking this would suit my needs perfectly as I enjoy fishing and wanted a hard style of tender due to previous experience with inflatables,. In short I really wanted to purchase this.
I have spent 1 week trying to contact this supplier with multiple phone calls and sent emails and Facebook messages without ANY response at all, not even a phone call back if they had been out of stock.
As the item is urgent, I now have had to purchase another inflatable.
My experience with this seller is they do not value communication even at point of sale.
I could only imagine how they would be with their communication if there was a defect.
