About Seastar Cruises
Seastar Cruises premium luxury cruise combines the outer Great Barrier Reef with a pristine coral cay island.
In only 1¼ hours the fast air-conditioned catamaran Seastar will take you from Cairns to magnificent Michaelmas Cay, the largest of the local uninhabited coral cays (also a turtle and bird sanctuary).
After a spectacular snorkel/dive and an all-inclusive buffet lunch on board we will make our way to Hastings reef, 30 nautical miles out from Cairns. Here we have a glass bottom boat and more time for diving and snorkelling.
On our way back we will be cruising past Oyster reef, Upolu cay and Green Island, arriving at Cairns at approximately 4:15pm.

We had a great time with you yesterday. ????????
We actually spent 9 hours on a bot with the Seastar team and we were treated very well. The crew was very friendly and helpful all day long and spoiled us with coffee, tea, a great lunch buffet and cake. We spent about 4 hours in the water and the rest of the time we drove with the boat or we have eaten all together. ????????????????
Before we did the snorkeling, we've got a wetsuit, goggles, snorkel and fins. Then went into the water with a crew member. While snorkeling, a crew member is always telling something about the corals and the fish and you have enough time to explore the reef without stress and I tell you: there is so much to see and you don't even know where to look first. ????????????????
My partner and I decided to do the scuba diving aswell. That was our first experience and it was amazing! "Tim" our supervisor explained everything to us and it was a lot of fun with him. The whole day was perfectly planned and you always had the feeling of being safe while you're in the water and on the boat. You get 5 stars from us! thank you dear Seastar crew. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've had a few other experiences with other companies and Seastar was the best by far. They took us to the best locations on the reef as a small group, friendly staff, reasonable priced drinks on board and interesting little tours whilst snorkeling made our day perfect. I definitely recommend Seastar to friends and family. Don't waste your time and money with other tours as Seastar offers all you need.
