WHISKY “BUY” THE BARREL.... Here is a unique opportunity to INVEST in Tasmanian whisky with Lark Distillery. To enable the Lark Distillery to keep up with demand for our whisky we operate a successful barrel purchase program. The program is structured to enable investors to participate in the production of a world class single malt whisky by sharing in our distillery's future expansion where opportunities exist for capital growth. Each and every barrel from Lark Distillery is held under the supervision of the Australian Customs & Excise Division of the Australian Taxation Office. Every owner of Barrel(s) receives full documentation covering ownership, identifying each barrel by number, size and date of filling. Each barrel owner receives a signed certificate containing this information. Our barrels are matured in 100lt casks which enable us to decant whisky within a 5 year period providing you with a fixed return investment should you choose to enter into an agreement to sell your barrel of whisky back to the distillery. This agreement is formalised in a Put and Call Contract which is signed at the time of purchase, providing both the distillery and the investor with clarity and peace of mind. This form of investment is attractive to both individual investors seeking an innovative yet secure form of investment, or a self managed superannuation fund that is looking for a secure, diversified portfolio of assets. The program has been running for 7 years and has proven a successful way of providing a healthy and safe return, starting at 9% p.a. compounding for a maximum of 5 years to investors as well as supporting our growth into the future.

producing high quality
premium distilled products using traditional distilled methods. The first Lark Distillery copper was found at an antiques auction
hidden away amongst the bentwood chairs and mahogany tables. Today the Distillery runs a 1800 litre copper pot still
along with a 600 litre spirit still
and produces ten to twelve 100 litre barrels per month.
