BE WARNED Neverfail is not a fair trader. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! After being sick of the inconsistent water deliveries and having no water when the driver is on holidays!! I got used to my filter on my tap. I requested that the cooler be picked up, it never did, I called for months now to have the cooler picked up and they STILL have not pick up the cooler BUT charging me month after month the rental fee for the cooler. I have called so many times and refuse to pay the invoice due to their failure to pick up this cooler!!! Stay away!! I am reporting them to ACCC OH and No email for their accounts team online or on their bills so you can only talk over the phone with no proof of conversations/requests to pick up.
This is such a shame for a company that I've been using for so long, to completely drop the ball with all of their services, I have tried to contact them multiple times about water deliveries that I never received, only to be told it will get sorted to no avail.
Whatever has happened over the past few months is a leap backwards and I can only imagine they are losing customers at an alarming rate.
