About Captain Blighs
Hobart’s first independent brewery and distillery, producing a range of traditional ales, lagers and spirits, as well as some unique creations. Available through our website, our Salamanca Market Stall (Hobart Town Fine Beverages), or at the premises on our monthly open nights; the third Friday of every month. During the week we are a father and son team, and flat out making products for locals bars and independent bottle shops.
