I walked in 5 weeks before my wedding and asked if it was possible to get an appointment for that day. Lynn said if I could wait 15 min then it wasn't a problem.
Just that was amazing in itself, then I found my perfect dress, I really didn't think is was possible. It was a size 8, scandalous when I was a size 14 in these dresses.
We tried on a similar style and it fit perfectly. I was happy with it but it wasn't my perfect dress.
Lyn called me on Monday after the Saturday fitting and told me she could get the dress here on time at an extra charge to myself. I was elated to say the least and quickly agreed.
I was sooooo worried it wouldn't arrive in time but somehow Lyn managed to get it here with a whole two weeks to spare.
I can't praise her enough for the alterations, she even went out of her way to put a few little bows on it that allow me to pin the train up and wear it all night without ruining it.
Lynn you know what a bride needs and you gave me something I didn't know I needed until you told me you had done it. So a big thank you for that.
She change my appointments a few times without batting an eyelid. I could not be happier with the service I received. I loved every minute and felt right at home.

10/10 - WOW where do I even begin! I HIGHLY recommend Just Formals. The service I have received from start to finish has been amazing. Tanya, Lyn & Dianne have bent over backwards for me ever since my first appointment a year ago. There was a time I was unsure if my dress was 'the one' and they made an appointment for me to come in and try on more dress only to find out my original dress with 'the dress'! They are absolute perfectionists! Make sure you book an appointment ladies and you will not be disappointed!
