About Ocean Zen Community of Mindful Living

Ocean Zen Community of Mindful Living practices in the Plum Village Tradition and is led by members of the Order of Interbeing, ordained students of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh (“the father of mindfulness”). Contact: [email protected] No prior experience is required. Everyone is welcome. Ocean Zen is affiliated and co-creates events with with Plum Village South Australia. We are affiliated with Dharma Teachers, Monastics, and Communities nationally, internationally. Our community is also connected with Truc Lam (Vietnamese Zen), Rinzai Zen and Soto Zen teachers and communities in Australia and abroad.
