an absolute disaster dealing with Assent -9 months of attempting to have my builders permit extended !!!- no less than 6-8 continued attempts to contact Jadran - 3 unreturned emails and 3phone calls every time, with no response for at least 2-3 weeks. Their lack of knowledge of VBA and council requirements was unbelievable .Their continued delay and treatment of a paid client beggars belief .I have also sent them a full email summary with supporting emails- 27/05
