A very bizarre experience dealing with the owner from the outset of trying to organise our project. We provided drawings and CAD files to this company/supplier and even drove 6-7 hours to view their product. A clear sign of being committed & trying to engage them.
No firm quotations provided, no calls or emails returned when agreed to. The only real follow up after having our time wasted was the owner saying that he could not assist with the project as we were working with another supplier (we were always seeking 2 x quotations which was communicated clearly to this company for a house build, who wouldn't when looking to build!) and they were only going to work on projects with a "commitment" ... apparently you need to commit to this company for hundreds of thousands of dollars with no quotations or confirmation from them on what they are going to provide to you with for them to do anything to assist with your project?
It was an absolute waste of time contacting this company, spending a full day looking at their product and providing them with our drawings + detailed specification for what we wanted in our house.
