Hi One of your vehicles was responsible for the damage to my new vehicle only a few weeks ago .
The damage was caused by debris from the rear end of one of your trucks . I would greatly appreciate it if you would pay the $500 excess to proceed with the repairs . I would love to give you a good review, but unfortunately are unable to do that at this time . Please Contact RAA insurance ASAP .
