2017 MG Car Club of Queensland participated in the MG Nationals held in Adelaide over Easter and we required the services of the Adelaide Transport Bus Co to take us to our night venues, that were situated some distance from our motel in Glenelg. I highly recommed this bus company if you are doing a similar thing with a group of people. We found them punctual, the drivers were good divers and got us there and back in safety, it just made our visit to Adelaide so much more enjoyable.

In Madeleine Larkin's previous comment she mentioned how Adelaide Transport did not show up. Adelaide Transport then followed up and said that it was human error on behalf of the company AND the customer... It was not the customer in any way whatsoever. I want this to be acknowledged. The bus was booked for Lower Mitcham to Lonsdale - for some reason, the customer service woman wrote some absolutely random suburb instead. But not only did they get the location incorrect, they also got the the DATE wrong as well. Which was just really handy when it was time for us to be at our event and there was no bus anywhere to be seen... If Adelaide Transport really wishes to blame the customer for anything, they may blame them for their foolishness in booking with such a company that does not repeat the booking to you over the phone or make any efforts to contact the customer to clarify and confirm afterwards. One thing I must positively comment on would be the composure of the man on the phone when the issue first came up. Will never book with this company again. You live and die for your promises.
