JASPER by GEORGE is a party plan business, specialising in jewellery & giftware. Our range includes ladies & mens items. We require Independent Sales Representatives to join our team to sell these products. Duties include hosting showings of our DVD brochure to perspective customers. You will take orders, payments and deliver the orders to customers. Communication with our office will be via email, so it is essential that you have basic computer skills and access to the internet and basic printing facilities. There is no set number of hours, though it is advisable that you dedicate a minimum of at least five hours per week to achieve the higher commission rates. Remuneration is based upon the amount of sales that you have achieved. The commission rates are calculated on a weekly basis, and are between 15% for sales to $99.99 & 35% for sales above $400 (If you sold $400 worth of products in a 7-day period, you will earn 35% commission, which is $140). You will be paid directly by your customers when you deliver their orders. There is an admin fee of $20. This is necessary to provide you with our DVD, paperwork and other advertising material. Each quarter you will be provided with material free of charge if you have maintained consistent sales during the previous quarter. If you have not and you wish to continue as an ISR, you will be required to pay another admin fee of $20.
