Our story began in 2008 when husband and wife – Paul and Tracey decided to venture out by starting up a small butcher shop in the heart of Winmalee, in the lower Blue Mountains. With only one butcher and one shop assistant and next to no free time, our brand was born. Our passion for good quality produce brought our vision, and products, to life.
