Our Beef is from Victoria or Tasmania and is free range, grass fed and finished. Our Pork is Australian Certified Humane. All of the above is antibiotic and hormone free.
A family business that has been past down 3 generations. Employing local people and supporting the community. Neil being very passionate about his career and always wanting to own his own butcher shop. It was a dream come true when Neil and his wife Danielle was giving the opportunity to keep the family business going. Keeping alot of the same products but will be introducing more gourmet products.
