Bon Meats is a family owned and run business.
The founder, Carmelo (Charlie), was born in a small village in Italy and has been a butcher for 50 years. He has an honest passion for the trade and always goes above and beyond to help his customers. Charlie's son, Anthony has over 25 years experience in the trade and has a finesse for slicing. Last but definitely not least Charlie's daughter, Laura has 8 years experience, her customer service is exceptional!
It's obvious to see that butchering runs through our veins, everything is made on premise, including boning out full bodies, Charlie's traditional sausages and our very popular "secret recipe burgers".
We are a traditional butcher and slice on order to request. We also wholesale.
