21st Century Meats was established in 2007 by my Father (David Cornes, AKA Pop Cornes). Our family now finds themselves as the newest owners again of this famous fresh meat outlet.
Steve Cornes and his Son – Dylan Cornes are the newest owners and ready to showcase their craft butchery skills.
Our butchering experience dates back to my Pop’s dad (John) who was a butcher in England in the early 1900s.
