Above and beyond service. I went to get some fruit for my son who wasn't feeling great after a race. Lemon Tree, even though they were super busy, accommodated and went above and beyond to give me fruit that he could eat as he has allergies.
This is true service and makes a business stand out.

The only thing that ruins this cafe is the attitude of the staff. They act like serving you is an inconvenience.
I go to the gym there and so have been to LTC a lot, and it’s always the same. Not once have I had a good customer service experience there.
