Usually come here to get coffee but it’s a bit annoying that they don’t have a regular opening and closing times due to staffing issues. Last Sunday was shut and there wasn’t any notice on the maps. Food is mostly from the fridge , as they don’t serve proper breakfast. Coffee is good, consistent, using the good grocer beans.
The most painful experience. We came here last week and they forgot our coffee order after waiting 20+ minutes. They apologized and very kindly gave us 2 free coffee coupons. We came back today, a week later, used the coupons and ordered 2 coffees, one coffee arrived, I asked about the second coffee, M FW, she said it wasn’t ready. After everyone who ordered after us had got theirs and left, I asked again for the M FW, looking confused she said it’s still coming soon. It’s been half an hour. They continue making other coffees, I ask again please can you do something about this one coffee off our order we are still waiting to leave and ordered a M FW along time ago. She said ok I’ll do it now. Continues making new coffees on the order list. if it wasn’t painful enough she then asks me, “wait, what’s your coffee order again?” Absolutely painful to watch and huge waste of time both times. Save yourself the hassle and head over to Pilbara Bakehouse for a great coffee and some proper management and structure to their ordering system.
