Staff at retreat cafe are consistently rude especially the lady with the grey plait in her hair, I try to give her the benefit of the doubt because maybe she’s having a bad day, but she has been rude or snappy to me every single time I’ve ordered here. She jumps down my throat for asking a simple question, and this morning she rolled her eyes at me when I ordered my coffee. I’m always polite and friendly and always smile at her hoping she will be the same back, but she’s snarky and mean and it kinda ruins my day. I hope she’s ok, but I also hope someone speaks to her and reminds her not to be so unkind.
