Hi ! I came past yesterday on my lunch break to look at your beautiful display cabinet and couldn’t believe my eyes to see a beautiful gluten free cake! And I mean, one of the most glorious cakes I’ve ever seen, not just a dried up afterthought for gluten free option. I let the lady who served me know that I’m celiac and she was so wonderful and double checked with me, let me know of cross contamination risk etc. she even made sure the person who got it out the cabinet had fresh gloves on to minimise risk. The cake was so amazing and fresh (it was the hazelnut meringue one) I was so impressed, Thankyou for having such a nice gluten free option and staff who are knowledgeable on celiac needs. As a newly diagnosed celiac I often feel embarrassed asking but this experience made my day, thanks heaps I will be back
