Went to buy ice chocolate today. One female staff coloured hair took my order. I asked for take away and she charged me extra for takeaway cups. She didn’t even bother to let me know that there will be an extra cost for takeaway cups. She was extremely rude and arrogant.
Another girl who was making ice chocolate. I requested some spoon and she said to me that there are lots of spoons just behind me. There was only knife and forks available at that time. When I said there is no spoon, she gave me bunch of spoons and ask me to refill it. Once again, she was rude and arrogant, have no manner and have no idea how to speak to a customer.
It was a lovely place but I really wish that staffs were friendly and at least, have some manner. Please hire some nice staff.
