Bad customer service:
Why sell a variety of cupcakes if you get irritated so easily as we take just 3 SEC to decide the flavour?
NO, We don’t eat cupcakes everyday to remember and know every flavour that exists. Rolling eyes and that gesture with fellow staff and rude tone of voice just because we were asking for different flavours? ? ?
The cupcake though was very delicious????
I bought a lemon meringue pie from CupKate's West Lakes a few weeks ago and it was delicious! My sister & I were after a sweet treat after some shopping and it certainly hit the spot!
I also purchased a Caramilk/Hokey Pokey cupcake yesterday and it was so good! I left it at room temperature as advised and it was just perfect.
The service was really lovely on both occasions. The lady working at the time was really helpful in recommending the cupcakes/desserts to us which was very much appreciated!
