So I called to ask more information about a vehicle and the person on the phone was very rude, I made an offer around 15% under the price, it was not even an offer, I was mainly talking about my budget because the salesperson asked how much it was and I thought they could have other vehicles that matches the budget, but then the guy on the phone started to be rude, saying that I should not call if I'm not willing to pay the published price (2 minutes ago he was saying that the price is negotiable), that before even I could finish what I was going to say, once he heard the -15% price, he freaked out, talked for 2 minutes aggressively then hang up without even saying goodbye.
I noticed something funny in the comments, all negative comments were welcomed with a kinda aggressive answer. The comment where a person say they made fun of him in hindi was answered: "no one speaks hindi in here", the one that said "the hindi owner is cool" no answer (he is hindi speaker if it is a 5 stars review and he is not if it is a 1 star review). Moreover, everyone seem to be bullied once they send a negative comment. That's not how people interact and even less how they do business. We can disagree and still be polite !
By the way, the person who took my call had a kind of Indian accent, could be the same salesperson that was rude to the other persons.
I sincerely hope they learn from their mistakes and improve their service. The point of the review is to give feedback, not to fight!
