We purchase a Ceduna 15 MK2 on the 2 August 2022 From Wangara PMX when shown the demo model we were very excited as it meets our family needs compared to a lot of other caravans expecting to get amazing customer service from when we said we would like to purchase. we received terrible communication didn't get told what we could get added on to our caravan all it was was sign the paper work it should be ready before Christmas. We were notified on the 7 October we collected our caravan from the sale Representative and was told he only had ten minutes to go through the whole caravan with us to find out there was faults with the product straight up from the jockey wheel was bent, the pin we requested was not the pin received and had to go get one and to place on our own number plates to the caravan, demo had features that the model we collected didn't for example the bathroom toilet and indent in the shower where not as displayed. When I purchased this caravan i really was hoping to be appreciated instead i was rushed in and out the doors i felt so upset after i have purchased such a large investment not having the curtesy to have a full run through. it took three months for them to fix our jockey wheel and also to have some communication on our awning and back and forward of getting our backing to be able to place our awning on. Honestly this company has done nothing but treat me like a piece of nothing and wouldn't recommend now to find out there more product we have to add on that were not even explained to us when we bought this caravan. I'm disappointed in customer service I'm very upset with this company.
