About Miss Melly
Miss Melly was created by Jacqui Scorgie, who owned and operated Industrial Cafe Burleigh. During a period of lockdown for Covid, Jacqui decided to create a coffee scented candle, so everyone could still have a sense of visiting a cafe and create a cafe ambiance within people’s own homes.
One small idea of a simple coffee candle led to a cafe range of scented vegan candles. A beautiful coffee body butter scrub also joined the range and the business started taking shape.
Today, Miss Melly can be found in retail spaces around the Gold Coast. They have collaborated with other local businesses to custom candles to create unique candles that reflect those companies and their missions, even making a candle in a beer can!
