Brought in for a service, car was running fine. Picked up car and it was making a horrid noise and blowing black smoke as soon as started. Went straight back in and was told that we needed to order a part and that we would pay for the part when it got there. Called after a week of no part showing up and was told it was still coming. This went on for over a month until they eventually told us the part hadn't been ordered. Went back in to pay for the part so they would order it. It's been another two months of constant excuses for why it's not here, promises of calls back or emails and no calls or emails. Blaming things on Toll yet Toll assured it would not take that long even with delays
