Steve responded to my enquiry, organised my test drive, and was more than happy to liaise with the mechanic who provided an inspection report. He was such a gentleman, super easy to talk to, and not pushy in the slightest. Didn't make me feel like an idiot even when I got lost parked literally around the corner! Took me through all the details of the car and just seemed a great dude.
Romina was an absolute legend! I was dreading talking to her because I assumed it would be an aggressive upselling conversation, but no, she was completely chilled out and lovely, answered all my questions accurately and in detail, and was both efficient and kind.
Overall the team just seem to have really good vibes, great banter, and it was a really welcoming and friendly environment. Turned an experience I was filled with trepidation over into something legitimately enjoyable! And I'm obsessed with my Swift, it's a sick little car. 10/10 would recommend!
