John was recommended to me by a family member years ago. I have found him ( John the mechanic), to be the most honest, trustworthy and reliable mechanic I have ever used. John's work ethic is, like his pricing excellent and he, takes the time to explain the work he's done. Thanks mate it's good to see genuine business owners are still out there.
Sold a faulty part to me and I requested a refund, they refused and did not repair nor rectify the issue until I called consumer affairs.
Was extremely rude when I was asking for help and trying to solve a problem they created, also requested I paid in cash and only provides a receipt after I asked for it.
Dodgy business practice, dodgy work and parts, rude staff. Would not recommend their services.
