I have just purchased a car from Westauto wa and I would say it was a great experience and their service was amazing.
They have well priced quality cars compared to other used car dealers.
Thank you guys for your friendly advises and genuine service.
Horrible experience as we were being tempted to buy a written off vehicle.
When asked for maintenance logbook, I was told that the logbook was stolen and will be provided with a few new one.
When asked for a 2nd key, I was told that was also stolen from the office but will get a new one made free of cost.
Did a private PPSR run and found out that the car we were planning to purchase from them was written off on 5th Nov, 2021 in WA and had 3 more incidents reported along with an Odometer rollback.
Luckily we found this all before we finalized the deal.

Thank you for your reply, but do note that I paid 28 dollars on my own for the PPSR report as you did not provide one when I came to see the car. If you want then I can upload the picture of the invoice of the PPSR on this review as well.
Secondly, it is a dealers responsibility to provide a 2nd key and complete maintenance log book to which you said that both might have been stolen so you will get me made one once I sign the papers.
So thank you for wasting my and my family's time over making some nasty profit and running a shady business.
