Poor customer service. Rang up for a small part for my Renult Clio but got an answering machine so I left my details asking for a call back. No one did. Two weeks later rang back this time spoke to a lady who told me they couldn't help me with the part so she put me through to a spare parts department somewhere & I spoke to a gentleman who told me he couldn't help me & needed to be transferred back to the service department. I again got an answering machine so again I left a message asking for a call back. Got nothing & it's been over a month. Maybe it's the part being small or it's all too hard for them .....or both. They won't be getting my business again...for anything
