Rang twice advised I was in trouble in Kununara advise 2 different ladies in reception since there was no answer they would have to email that section (really email) two weeks later still waiting for that call. Shaun from Townsville LDV was very helpful knowing the situation I was facing and called back 3 Times to ensure all was worked out.
