After using this car park for years, due to their great lication, avalibility and price. I must say that I am more than a little dissapointed with their customer service department. After the ticket machine ate my credit card on Friday, I was told that nobody could come down untill monday to retrieve it at which point they would contact me. After no contact from them I called back Tuesday and Wednesday onky to be met with nothing but excuses. I have since cancelled and reordered a card with my bank.
