Let car for around 17 days. Friendly on phone and on arrival. Taxi was called for us and it arrived before finishing booking in process. On return car waiting under carport looking cleaner than when left. Very reasonable rates. Despite using taxi to and from airport still lot cheaper than any other storage I contacted. Will certainly use again.

While discussing where our vehicle would be stored I asked multiple times if it would be stored indoors. Each time I was told in no uncertain terms that yes, it would be stored in a warehouse.
I have now picked up my vehicle and found both of my roof rack items damaged by outdoor conditions(standing water, bird poo, and fallen branches). One of the roof rack items is a solar panel that tracks sunlight hours which is how I know it was stored outside in full sunlight for the entire time it was there.
***When I brought this up to them over the phone they suggested I contact a lawyer***
No responsibility, No trust, No care for the damage. I am getting a lawyer involved but felt others should know how things work with these people.
