It's fine. Expensive on an hourly basis, although probably not much more expensive than other carparks nearby. If you are parking for the day you can book a day of parking in advance and pay a little less. This function is very quick when you have used it before, and you can book at very short notice, so you can book a spot just before you leave home and then use the code to enter when you arrive. It's a perfectly acceptable carpark otherwise.
DONT PARK HERE!!!!. We were charged $22.00 and should of been $4.00 I placed my ticket in , without looking swiped my card received receipt for $ 22.00 which I realised we had been overcharged .I then picked the ticket out of the machine two tickets came out we then tried to use the intercom at ticket station no answer .When we were leaving down at the boom gate wouldn't let us out as ticket unreadable came up so put in the other ticket and was another $4.00 there was another guy in a car next to us with a similar problem . What a joke my partner rang the intercom and waited a good 20 minutes explained the situation and said we should go on there website for a refund no refund on the spot she then let us out. Seems to be an overseas call centre long waits on intercom .Wont be parking here ever again will be telling family and friends .
