Positive- it’s free for 24 hr stay. Walking distance to the beach and esplanade, town, playground. Walking distance to town, restaurants and cafes. Security c/o the port authority regularly doing their rounds. Well lit car park and generous spaces for rvs and trailers. You have to be self contained. There’s also a dump point nearby and water outlet.
Negative- the train was loading and was noisy like a jackhammer which kept us til late night and another one early morning. Youngsters drive around with loud music at the even prk. Toilets by the playground about 2 mins walk. Wi-Fi free c/o town Wi-Fi but does not reach the rv park. Playground has Wi-Fi. Public toilet is shut at around 8pm and opens at 8am. There’s toilet paper but bring extra just in case. No shower.
If you are a light sleeper, not the place for you, if you sleep like a log, this is for you and it’s free.
