Worst experience ever. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Booked online a week or two in advance and had a booking email from them but when we arrived they said they hadn’t processed our booking and they didn’t have any vehicles available. So we were then left stranded in Cairns and our whole holiday had revolved around having a 4wd (ie Bloomfield track). No other companies had 4wd available for hire so this company effectively ruined our holiday.
Avoid if at all possible.
