Took my Car to Tim 6 months ago for a service, there was nothing wrong with my car prior to this that was addressed in the last service. I asked Tim to change the oil which he said he did, i then noticed a week after my service a rattling noise coming from my engine and a leak had begun which i then took my car back to him and he said it was bone dry but he topped up the oil and fixed the leak, which i dont undertand how thats possible if he were meant to be changing the oil the first time. after then taking my car to Autobahn they have told me ill be needing a new engine as damage has been impacted to the engine in a result of no or low oil.
