We cannot thank Di n the team enough. Whilst on holidays the water-pump on my families RAV4 V6 started seriously leaking on the Friday morning of the ANZAC day long weekend. I rang Toyota who were helpful but couldn't repair and they gave me phone numbers of Albany mechanics. After a few calls I was directed to Theyers. They said they'd have a look. Calon had a look and said waterpump was stuffed, found a replacement water pump n offered me a very low cost hire car for the weekend. Calon worked out an easier way to replace the water pump than the Toyota log book recommended 13hr method and we picked up our car in time to get back to Perth for work. Price was much better than our Perth mechanic. Thank you thank you thank you. Couldn't be happier.
