We are sorry you were unhappy with the service. We are a small family business, not a large car dealership. I can assure you that as you were told, on the mornings when the guys are running a little late - which is very rare as there is usually some one there by 8am - either the Diff Centre, the GC Motorcycles or Automatics of Marion in the Trade Centre are always willing to take your keys for you as we are all small businesses and like to help each other out.
We also offer a pick up and drop off service for our customers, so if its easier for us to pick your car up and bring it back to you please check when booking in if we can do this for you.
