Excellent, honest and trustworthy based on my experience to date. From the very first phone call Thomas at Adelaide European Automotive was professional and courteous. I explained to Thomas that we were shipping the car down to our daughter and that it required some works prior to her being able to drive. I explained that I would require the works to be done as soon as possible to enable our daughter to pick up her beloved pet from the airport. Thomas gave me several quotes dependant on the required works as I supplied Thomas with information from our mechanic in Queensland. The quotes were very reasonable and I approved the work to be done as soon as the car arrived from Queensland. Adelaide European Automotive received the car from car transporter (even though the car transported failed to deliver on the agreed day) and quickly repaired the car for our daughter to drive. The car runs very smoothly and we have had no issue with driving since the repairs were carried out. It is so nice to find a trustworthy mechanic in Adelaide who is true to their word, and affordable. Our mechanic in Queensland (Comet Auto) was the same and it is a great comfort to us to know that our vehicle will be in safe hands in Adelaide. My experience with Adelaide European Automotive was so much more professional than my experience with Auto Studio in Adelaide which gave me the opinion that Auto Studio were very unprofessional and discourteous. I would strongly recommend Adelaide European Automotive to my family and friends.
