I think they are not interested in repair but to sell new unit.
I was there twice. My speaker make noise every now and then. And I went to Grant asking to repair. The guy didn’t come over check on the noise but told me it would cost me $120 per hour to diagnose the issue. He even told me to go to the forum to research what is wrong. Second time I went to them and showed them the the recorded noise and again he could not tell the problem and predicted could be the speaker or the radio or the amplifier. At last nothing was done. When I met my brother who is not a technician of any kind, immediately he said it’s the Bluetooth. And he went to his computer to google the car model and found out the way to switch off the Bluetooth and that solved the issue. I was shocked such simple solution yet Grant could not tell it’s not even about the speaker. They are either incompetent or ignorant to my request for service. I think they are not interested to help or repair but they only serve people who are there to buy new. ????????????????????????????????????????
