I paid for the most expensive car wash the ultra hd and was still offered an additional service to remove the bugs for an extra $6 which i declined as I expected the ultra hd would remove the bugs anyway. I wasn't given any pre wash treatments, I was just guided straight onto the conveyor and put through the auto wash tunnel. So I paid premium price for the basic service, rip off!
I went to IMO in Bibra Lake on Tuesday 30th November 2021. The guy who was working this day was fantastic. He gave professional and detailed service. I asked for the wash and wax with tyre shine. He was pleasant and his instructions were direct but in a polite way. He smiled the whole time I was there and you could really tell he loves his job. Excellent service and will definitely be returning. 5 stars
