Won't be going there again!
I used the self wash and noticed that the tools are deceptively designed!
* The pre-rinse water comes out so slow that your 5 minutes (and $5.00) is gone by the time you soak the whole car...
* The soap spray is sporadic and again, takes a full 5 minutes to use...
* The foam release brush is so soft that it doesn't lift the dirt/dust from the paintwork, again another 5 minutes...
* The rinse/high pressure spray is purposely designed to spray out a wide beam that is almost mist, so you either have to stand there on the one spot forever or get too close where you could potentially damage your paintwork, took another 10 minutes to rinse off all the foam...
* The "spotless" rinse isn't spotless at all and you guessed it, another 5 minutes to use!
So for $30.00 my car wasn't even cleaned and I'm very particular when washing my car!
Thankfully I didn't use the wax options, that would have been another $10.00 - $15.00
Some day someone with a bit of legal know how will open a class action against this place, in my opinion they're guilty of unfairly obtain financial gain through deception!
Once I got home I had to go over my car again, so not only using this service was a waste of time, it was also a waste of money!
Take my advice, for what you'd pay here to even get your car close to being clean, you'd be better off paying for a professional service and have a cup of coffee while you wait!
