I came in for a deluxe clean on my 4WD. After returning 2 hrs later as requested, I saw they were still working ont he car, when the worker noticed us having a look to see if it was done, he called another person over who then came to me to say the car was completed and took the payment.The job was definitely not completed. I should have checked before I paid and that was wrong of me in hindsight.The exterior was not cleaned. The boot mat wasn't completely cleaned and returned incorrectly and dusty. The mats for the interior were washed. The dash was wiped down but with dust and sand in the cup holders. The exterior riddled with hand prints and dust, the exterior would not have been washed or dried as it looked the same as when we left it. I am very disappointed for the price I paid. I can tell they ran out of time, and I understand it happens but would have much rathered wait some extra time to have the job done correctly.
