I was less than impressed with my experience with this organisation. I was referred by my GP to this group so I made an appointment for a sleep test. My appointment was conducted in the reception area rather than in a consulting room which I thought was odd, rather public and unprofessional in my mind. I was given limited information and was instructed to watch a Youtube clip for instructions to set everything up which I was ok with but it was quick and no info was given about the process. I called 8 days later after dropping the unit back to the office as I was not sure what happened from here and I was informed the results should be available by now and was advised by the receptionist after checking she would send them to my GP. I asked if she would send the results this afternoon which she replied yes and I said so I can make an appointment with my GP from tomorrow which she acknowledged. I had an appointment the following day with my GP who did not have the results as promised only what was termed ‘Provisional results’. My GP did not believe the data he was sent was final and correct. I called CRS back to find the girl not very helpful and when I advised about the provisional data I think she realised there must’ve been an error and then advised me the results were not in and did not know when they would be as there is a backlog so that wasn't very helpful or inspiring. I advised I spoke with someone there yesterday who said the results were available and I had wasted a GP appointment with conflicting information. I wasn’t happy after this and I have asked my GP to refer me elsewhere as I was not happy with the interaction with this company.
