Poor medical management led us thankfully to CVS for a 2nd opinion, at this point my husband was very debilitated, on a CPAP machine at night and struggling to walk . My husbands complex history arising from a very late diagnosis and repair of a congenital atrial septal defect was thoroughly reviewed. He was appropriately tested, counselled extensively and given full examinations.
Within 2 months of holistic treatment my husband was cardioverted to normal rhythm , his 5 drugs were reduced to 1 tablet a day and he was able to sleep without the CPAP machine.
Our lives have completely returned to normal after a terrible nightmare of 21 months of medical mismanagement from another Cardiology centre.
