We had our patio finished in March and we couldn’t be happier. Our courtyard was in full sun so it was hardly useable. Now it is allows a great combination of sun and shade. With down lights and a fan, it is now useable all year round. It also makes the light coming into the house much less intense, allowing us to leave the blinds open more often. So now the house feels more open with lovely light (not hot like before!). The patio living team were easy to work with. Lots of ideas to maximise the space, ensuring it is practical and useable.
